GP Online System - Accurx

Use our online tool to quickly submit your query for medical issues, administrative requests, or repeat prescriptions. You can now access Accurx from within the NHS App.

Important

  • Accurx is for routine care matters only. If your request is urgent, please contact us by phone: 0117 949 7774
  • Accurx service is not available on weekends. Please call NHS 111 if you need urgent advice during this time.
  • Requests made via Accurx will be read by a member of the team within 24 hours.
  • We are unable to process practice complaints via this route, and these types of requests will be rejected. If you have a complaint, please see our complaints policy.

How does Accurx work?

  • It is only for routine queries and admin requests.
  • It is a simple online form which takes a few moments to fill out.
